To do this you need three software :
1-VGMToolBox_R930
2-HCA - ADX2 Plugin
3-HCA_decoder_v1.12
First plugin copy in :
vgmtoolbox_bin_r930/plugins/AdvancedCutter
Then run the VGMToolbox software Then like this photo:
