We confirmed that there was an issue of MYCLUB 2016 VETERAN BONUS below.

・Eligible to receive the items but not able to receive it yet.

・The actual received content does not match the appropriate items.



This issue has been resolved by the temporary maintenance on 25/09/2015 9:00 (GMT).

Customers who played myClub newly after the temporary maintenance will be able to receive the right items appropriately.



The distribution of the bonus items to customers, who have not recived it appropriately yet, is scheduled on 01/10/2015.



We deeply apologise for any inconvenience caused.
